Looooooong delivery time - for ex-stock, local delivery!
Order on 4 Jan (ex-stock item) and order confirmation says will dispatch next day 5 Jan. Delivery within 2-4 days. Waited the whole week but no delivery and emailed them on the 9 Jan and received feedback on 10 Jan that item will only be dispatch the next day 11 Jan! Imagine if I never follow up don't know when they will dispatch the item! Called through and CS gives so many excuses. Cancelled my order straight away but still need to wait 3-5 days for confirmation by Management! What the f***!
