Our drone malfunctioned and fell out of the sky. Within a week of sending it back and requesting a replacement we'd received a new one. We had worried they might try and not take responsibility as it had crashed so really pleased with how smooths and quick the experience was. We accidentally forgot to take the memory card out of the damaged drone when we sent it back and they even sent us the memory card back with the new drone.
