Extremely Disappointed – Poor Quality & Misleading Product Images I am very disappointed with this purchase. I bought this necklace because the opal in the product images looked beautiful, bright, and full of color. However, the reality is completely different. From the beginning, the stone did not fully match the advertised look. But after only 6 months, it has become even worse: * The color has faded significantly * The shine and opal effect are almost gone * The stone now looks dull, yellowish, and nothing like an opal I have attached three images to clearly show: 1. The official product image 2. The condition when I received it 3. The current state after only 6 months The difference is shocking. It honestly looks like a completely different and much cheaper stone. For this price, I expected high quality and durability. Instead, I received a product that lost its appearance very quickly. I also contacted customer support, but unfortunately, they were not helpful. I would not recommend buying from this brand. The product is overpriced and does not match the advertised quality.
