Dissatisfied and Upset customer
I have been a valued customer with Alder security since 2019, never missed or late on any payment. When I decided to cancel my contract, because I was moving, I was treated horribly. I could not speak with a manager that was able to give me accurate information. I was placed on hold time after time and transferred from person to person. Do not do business with this company.
