Excellent Cam + Excellent Customer Support
I've had this camera for about 5 or 6 months now, and I absolutely LOVE it! However, I had an issue with a specific part on the camera, which was one of the two lock nuts. I think I may have tightened it a tad much, and that fact combined with the heat from the sun affecting the plastic, it seems like front one cracked. Once I noticed what the issue was, I contacted the seller, and they were more than happy to help me. They immediately sent out a new lock nut for me (took a few weeks to arrive because of the origin, customs, etc). All I had to do was send them a photo of the cracked one. Honestly, some larger and more well known companies make a bit of a fuss about this kinda thing, but these guys were on it. When I asked for a backup one (just in case), they again had no hesitation whatsoever! The service gets an A+ from me!
