I purchased my Mini 2 from CeX UK
I purchased my Mini 2 from CeX UK. I mistakenly flew it into a wall and broke the camera gimbal which would not keep horizontal. Used the care service which I signed up to when logging into the app for the first time, not sure if this was because the previous owner hadn't signed up. Sent to DJI Netherlands and had a repaired Mini 2, boxed and looking fresh, sent back within 2 weeks! Working wonderfully again. Very greatful to DJI Netherlands for their wonderful turn around time and recommend the care warranty you can purchase! Thanks DJI
