I previously purchased a 3 pack HD glass for my wife's iPhone 12 Pro Max in November 2020. In October 2025, the currently installed protective cover had excessive bubbles in one corner of the protective screen cover. My wife says this was due to trying to push out some bubbles that developed over a year of use. I wrote customer support requesting a replacement and within 30 minutes they process a Package to replace the 3 pack without any hesitation or challenges. My new package arrived within 3 days with a new 3 pack replacement. Installed new protector without issue. The customer support response was the best that I have ever screen. Yes, all 3 of my screen protectors did lift in a corner but they did after more than 18 months of use with my iPhone carrier on a shoulder strap and open to possible heavy use. I would still rate this product and support as outstanding.
