Big Fan! Previously I tried many creative agencies and crowd platforms and was never satisfied due to the same reasons; time commitments always blowing out, budget always going over and engagement sporadic. Many Pixels is the only company I've found who are customer focused. You have a fixed cost, and the turn around time is always 1-2 days before you get a chance to review the work. Also they assign a project manager to over see the whole process. I highly recommend them.
