zero customer service, after using my AUKEY PB-N74 Portable Charger for a few months it just doesn't work anymore, contacted their customer service and got no reply AT ALL. Very disappointed! It looks like a really good deal but trust me, a good deal backfire on the product itself, at least it's true for Aukey.
