I had an account issue and they fixed it very fast with no long wait like other survey sites. Customer rep was polite and knew how to help me right away. I usually get a person who doesn't understand my problem and have to go back and forth a few times to get my problem solved. This time it was a breath of fresh air to have my problem solved right away and politely.
