Scam Company
People, please DON'T PAY THEM. I ordered on March 15, and after wasting more than a month they canceled my order on May 02, and initiated a refund process. Unfortunately, today its April 01, 2024, I got no refund. The refund process is still pending. No company in Bangladesh take more than two weeks for any refund. This is really a scam. Avoid them at any cost if you have read this review. Update: I later on filed a complaint on Consumer Rights (dncrp.com), and just after 10 days of that I got my refund. I would have sued them in the court, however I live in a remote area which is difficult for me to attend the hearing in Dhaka. I will suggest you, living near Dhaka, to file a complaint and go with the procedure. Thia scam company must be STOPPED IMMEDIATELY.
