K&F is not refunding lost delivery.
K&F is not refunding lost delivery. I purchased 2 filters beginning Dec-2021 and they where never delivered to me. I asked K&F to take responsibility for this or to prove the delivery showing me the delivery signature/document. Instead of taking responsibility about the pacrcel service (chosen by K&F), K&F is continuing to bounce back my request of being refunded or to deliver the purchase with a parcel service that proves delivery (upon signature of the buyer). It was a first purchase DIRECTLY by K&F and for sure the last one.... in case I'll purchase via Amazon that has a much more serious customer care and policy of delivery.
