No service, no support at all!
I bought a vacuum cleaner in the end of december 2021. Sadly, i couldn't charge it due to some battery issues. I contacted shopmeee three times since the 6th of january, but they didn't answer my emails. Nothing, no response at all. edit: all my fault. the emails were in the spam folder.
