Speed Queen Appliances
Buyer Beware! Speed Queen is not what it used to be! I purchased a Speed Queen Commercial Heavy Washing Machine and Dryer in May of 2023. Within the first seven months of owning them, I had five repairs to the washing machine and three to the dryer. I reached out repeatedly to Alliance the maker of Speed Queen and the Retailer I purchased it from, receiving no help. They explained that no exchanges are allowed, only repeated repairs.
