Wonderful customer service (which seems to be a lost art) and that means so much to me. My rep. took her time with me and was so helpful. I am technologically challenged and she did everything for me. The only brands that I consider to have excellent customer service are Princess Cruise Lines, Chewy, and The BookPatch!
