Payment Button Doesn't Work for 1YR Plan but works for 2YR Plan.
Was trying to renew my home insurance policy (1 year plan) and the payment button doesn't work. Contacted FWD twice to solve the issue to no avail. Both agents said that the button is working on their end. Eventually I tried selected the 2 year plan and the payment button worked. Not sure if this was engineered on purpose to force customers to renew 2 years at one go? If this is not true, please work with your IT team to improve your webpage routing.
