Overall I'm satisfied with how my warranty claim was handled. Submitting a warranty claim wasn't hard, but it also wasn't intuitive. The response team quickly sent me the correct form to use. After that, submitting my claim was pretty straight forward. The format for how the claim is processed looks like an email thread. It's not bad, but it's not what I expected and looked like a mistake when I first saw it.
