I began a Shopify store and decided to use Nihao Jewelry as my supplier. I am not happy about many things:( Firstly there are no customer reviews that you can use. I asked Lisa and she said she will chat to the IT department... Secondly, Lisa lacks customer service skills, Cheeky cheeky, and doesn't know the ins and outs of her business. I made a purchase as I want to see the quality and if the shipping time is as promised and have discovered the tracking system doesn't update. I had to ask Lisa to find out where it is as it still says in transit and APPARENTLY it's here??! She has also given me an incorrect number to call too. Not very helpful guys!
