Got robbed by Inofia / FedEX.
I ordered a foldable mattress I needed for a travel. I believe INOFIA shipped the product, but then FedEX provided a "proof of delivery" although the product wasn't received by the professional warehouse company that receives parcels on my behalf. They are trust-worthy and I've worked with them many times before. If they haven't received the order, they really haven't received it. It's even easier to deliver a parcel to them than an individual that lives at a private address and is out all day at work... After explaining the situation, INOFIA just sent me the so called proof of delivery twice, and that's it. Everyone got paid, but me, I'm left without the money, and without the product I've ordered.
