Waste of money The services were unhelpful in resolving my issues. I was not able to recover anything. When I asked for a complete refund, I was asked on three separate occasions if I would consider getting just 30% back, and then 70% back, just repeating and asking constantly if it were okay if I didn't get all 100% requested back. I don't think it was just the staff person being pushy, I would assume it's company policy to ask the customers several times if we would change our mind, to see if we were willing to only get a partial refund back for the services. I don't blame the worker, she was just doing her job. But waste of time and money overall.
