AVOID HONOR TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY
The true rate for recent experience should be 0. Avoid purchasing off HONOR in my opinion HORROR would be a more suitable name for this company. Their customer support is good for nothing, really shocking if you call they will hang up and emails are ignored or you're given a bot response you go round and round in circles. I'm now left with a phone that doesn't work it was used for 3 weeks and then had a black screen I have been trying to sort this out for 3 weeks. I have provided all the information they have asked for including proof of purchase serial numbers IME more than 5 times to be sent an email saying they can do nothing to help because I did not purchase directly from their store. This is true but I purchased from a store that deals with HONOR so why at first when going back to the store did HONOR ask the store to provide information so they could exchange the phone using a code or was that to just get the store off the phone? DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME AVOID THIS COMPANY!!
