Disappointed that my order is cancelled by supplier without notice. Now need to wait for refund.

NinjaVan low reliability.
The purchase experience with the platform is good. However the NinjaVan delivery service was below expectation. My parcel was "missing" in system and cant be tracked. I needed to raise a ticket to investigate where was the parcel. Shld improve the logistic. Thank you.
