This was my 5th and 6th pair of shoes from them and my 2nd pair of the all black. They are casual but nice enough that I wear them with nicer black pants for work. I have legs problems so I have a hard time finding shoes that are comfortable when I walk. However, these are great from the very 1st time I put them on.
