Full marks for the program and customer support
The Amazon Downloader program has worked very well since I bought it earlier this year, despite using an elderly Windows 10 laptop. I have recently changed my laptop to one with a faster processor and graphics card. The Tunepat program now downloads movies very quickly in good HD quality. I had a problem when I changed laptops - my fault, not Tunepat! I contacted their customer support and the person I was dealing with (Betty) was very helpful and quickly sorted everything out. My thanks to her and the team. Full marks for the app’s performance and for the customer support.
