Absolute joke
I put a claim in as my phone was broken, it was accepted. I sent it off was waiting longer than the timeframe which is advertised, with no update. I was then sent a replacement phone, which was also faulty. I have now sent that back with an apple report, they have said they cannot find anything although apple suggested a new battery was needed as they sent me a replacement phone which had 86% battery health life!!! They have now said the phone has cosmetic damage, which is a lie as I took and sent photos of the phone seconds before I packaged and sent it off. Also advised I need my phone asap due to personal reasons, still don’t care, no urgency. Still no update, phone should be back tomorrow if working within their guidelines - highly doubt it as I still have no update!
