Delighted with quiet zone
I came on here because the feedback survey they sent me didn't have the right questions for me to share my experience. It was brilliant from start to finish. Check in was easy breezy and I was really happy when I boarded and remembered I had booked the quiet zone. This was one of my best flight experiences and was from Auckland to Sydney. Every airline needs to offer a quiet zone it is absolute bliss. The staff were lovely, professional and helpful and I had the chicken biryani which was nice for a plane meal! It came with a coffee and because I don't take caffeine they offered me an extra bottle of water which was kind. The flight was delayed which was fine because their communication was great. I was surprised when I came on here and saw low reviews. Maybe things have improved a lot or maybe I was fortunate with the flight crew that day? There was nothing for me to complain about. I ended up booking with airasia because I was finding issues with trying to book online with jetstar and now I'm glad because I'll definitely fly with airasia again.
