Beautiful bag and speedy response
I had ordered the round one for my daughter, but was accidentally sent the one more squared off. It is her Christmas present. She knew she was getting it and she picked it out. Brianna was prompt to address the issue for an exchange. I wound up letting my daughter see it, having told her the mix up. She loved it and didn’t want to exchange it for the round one. The Mutiara is a beautiful bag. Much more so in person! I like the more colorful ones, but my daughter thought the color scheme of the Mutiara was more elegant and made her feel more grown up!
