I am a self employed professional and have had difficulty in the past working with loan underwriters. My experience with Cheer Lending, Judge Hammond, and Harrison, my mortgage coordinator, was, pleasantly, completely different. Judge worked and got a very favorable loan package for me. I simply supplied requested information. Harrison very efficiently handled the underwriters and their incoming nonsense, shielding me from the frustration of working directly with the underwriters. The closing was drama free and a pleasing experience. I highly recommend Judge and Harrison as a team for real estate financing.
