I've purchased a USB C hub from Aukey following a positive recommendation from cnet. Aukey sent me an email confirmation with a FedEx tracking number. When I click the FedEx link it shows my package was never given to FedEx. Only a label was generated. That was 14 days ago and nothing has changed. I've sent 2 emails to Aukey customer service and have heard nothing back. There is no way to contact customer service from their site other than email. Their so called "lifetime customer support" on their main page is a lie. I'm sure I've lost my money. Beware when buying from Aukey. Find a reputable brand and pay a little more.
