Amended Review Great Customer Service
I made a previous post (not sure it was on this site) sharing my disappointment with RH. I would like to update my experience. I had signed up, but 3 hours later realized the program that showed all women turned out to be a male instructor. Their policy left me with paying for something that I felt was not advertised properly, To my surprise, a real person responded to my complaint and took care of a refund very quickly. In this impersonal online world of apps and only chat options with AI it’s nice to know real people work at RH and they care about your experience. Thank You!!
