Customer service went above and beyond their duties. A person wanted to buy one of my books but didn’t want to wait for printing and shipping book, So Krystlle emailed me to tell me of his dilemma. I have a few books at a local bookstore so I was able to get one and send him. She also gave me great instructions(complete with pictures) on how to make sure my ISBN number was on book. The last orders I did didn’t display it and didn’t want to order or sell anymore without it. She came to my rescue! Awesome customer service!! Shannon Livingston
