I've only been using it for a week as the "instruction" manual was a bit difficult to deal with. I am running the Terrain detox daily for this week to make sure of a good clean-out. Will start in on the other accessories this weekend and move forward from there. I have a lot of very old, childhood abuse, damage that I will be experimenting with to see how I can add Spooky2 to my regimen. Thank You
