To be honest, This is the best Independent music distributors I have ever dealt with. Thier customer service is off the hook. Unlike Tunecore.Tunecore stole my money. Thier customer service is Zero. Beware of any business that lacks customer service. Songcast emails you back and expedite your concerns within 24hrs.. Especially for me. A perfectionist..Whenever I decide to change anything 500 times they do not hesitate to implement it, on a timely basis, without complaining. I have been dealing with them since 2006.. I never really did much about my songs on thier site. Due some constraints beyond my power. Despite my non payment all my 3 albums were still getting awareness from thier site and to to all thier online marketers. Where else can you get that? That is why I am utilizing thier services again for my new single..They have been really supportive in releasing this single I truly apologize for the non payment. If Songcast is reading this, they already know it wasn't all my fault. Can't say much about that here. But I'm sorry that happened. And thanks so much for your solid, formidable and efficient service. If you are still contemplating patronizing them, stop thinking and do it already. It will be money well spent. They are less expensive. U will not not break the bank to deal with them.
