No customer service on poor quality boots
Shoes arrived on a Tuesday late January, by the next day they were already falling apart, they don’t respond to customer service inquiries and have a stonewall website at both their website and Facebook page. I believe they expect you to ship them back to China at your own expense and wait for a response that will never come. I have filed a complaint through PayPal. Dont buy these shoes, they’re very poor quality.
