Order placed and money taken
Order placed and money taken, no response from nanoleaf for 2 weeks. After chasing I was told it was almost ready to ship, a week later I chased again and was told the item is no longer in stock. Over a month later I have requested a refund, who knows how long that will take.. Terrible customer service and I managed to find like for like products elsewhere for a fraction of the price.
