Customer service was never this bad
Probably a great company to buy something except when something is wrong with your product! We bought two lamps from New Works Tense, the last one from Royal Design. The lamp we bought from Royal Design apparently has a production fault in it. The light source isn't right and gives very very white bright (even slightly blue) light like you are in a hospital. So we have to put on sunglasses in our own house when the light is on. We contacted them about this. Unfortunately, it became clear immediately that they did not want to help us. We only asked for a new light source because of the production fault (it isn't a regular ligh bulb) We spent a lot of money and now we can't use our lamp and we cannot expect any form of service. It's a shame for such a big company!
