I am very impressed with Chewy’s customer service. We received someone else’s order by mistake and when I called customer service, I was immediately able to speak to a real person without going through a frustrating series of buttons and answering prompts. The customer service representative was very helpful and pleasant to talk to. This was my first time ordering from Chewy and certainly won’t be my last!
