Pretty surprised to see the rating on here. I have an action 4 pro, the charging flap was left open and taken into the water, leaving it unusable. I contacted dji and was sent a qr code to return the camera free of charge for repair. 3 days later i received a brand new replacement. As far as customer service goes i give DJI an 11/10
