STAY AWAY FROM PURCHASING ITEMS FROM HERE
We are very disappointed with the customer service we have been receiving. My Kim8 slimming machine has stopped working, and after several attempts to try and get help we started doing our own research on parts failure. it seems to be the screen is a common issue. we have had the machine less than a year and it failed already. It seems to be an easy fix but no one will respond to help with shipping out a new part (screen), At this point id tell everyone to stay away from purchasing items from here.
