Wrong tire size.
When I provided all the necessary information about my car, it returned only one available tire size. It would not let me change the size to the tire size that's been on my car for five years—very annoying.
The tire size for my car, as listed by Tire Agent, was the initial size for my car at the time of purchase in 2017. That size limited the number and brands of tires I could purchase; none were of the quality or had the tread life that I wanted.
In 2020, working with Tire Rack and my Toyota dealer, we found a tire of a different size that fit my needs far better. I've been running on those tires for almost six years.
Tire Agent's site would only show the size that I found inferior and wouldn't allow me to input the size that I wanted.

BE AWARE
BE AWARE: This has nothing to do with the products in store near me. The one star rating is because of an incident that took place in that store. In early very early January, I fell on a slippery floor in the Meijer store me. The fall was so serious that I was taken via ambulance to the Emergency Room at my local hospital where a CAT scan and other tests were run. That was followed by a visit to my PCP where a concussion was determined.
I have witnesses to the fall and, after a snowfall, the parking lot had not been sufficiently iced. There were no warning signs of a possible slippery floor near where I fell. I was called by Meijer Risk Management and told to call them about this incident. I have now done that more than 15 times with no response. I have also called corporate customer service and they have been unable to receive a response. This is untenable.
I am submitting this review as a warning to others, should something like this happen to them. I am also writing this because Meijer Risk Management has left me no choice. It's been more than three weeks since this incident took place.Perhaps, this review will prompt a response. Who knows.
