You will never get a full refund if you return
My wife bought an item with which she was satisfied so she ordered another 2 items. Unfortunately these were of poor quality and fit badly so we asked to return for a refund. When contacted, they offered to refund 15% without returning the item. We advised the items were no good to us so would prefer to return for 100%. They advised we would have to bear the cost to shipment to China and the delay that this entailed ie. several months. It has been more than 4 months since shipment and Roselinlin has not issued a refund and does not answer my emails. I think they use the lack of a tracking which costs an exhorbitant amount from Canada to China as an excuse to say they have not received the package. Strictly a buyer beware merchant - the stuff is cheap but be prepared to incur a total loss if you don't like it.
