Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. The ear buds I ordered arrived smashed (shipper's fault, not Aukey's). However, they would not replace them because I had ordered during a promotional offer period. I stated a number of times that I felt they should honor the deal and just send replacement product, but they refused. They said they would refund the cost instead. Yet nearly three months later they had not initiated the refund and I needed to pester them for it. Not a good experience at all.
