I ordered a photo frame from this company (Order #18844317) based on the product photos displayed on their website. The frame shown online looked premium and well-finished, but the product I received was completely different. The finishing quality is poor, and the frame does not look like the one advertised. I paid ₹700 for it, but the quality feels more like a ₹200 product. It was very disappointing, especially considering the price. I have contacted customer support and hope they will resolve the issue by providing a replacement that matches the advertised quality or offering a refund. Until then, I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.
