Refund Policy not accurate
I have ordered something that I needed for Valentine's Day back in December but unfortunately it took 2 months to get my things so it didn't help with my sales. Customer service unfortunately is not the greatest. Too much run around when I am willing to pay for the shipping to return my stuff back for some things that were damaged, and some things that I no longer want and haven't opened. And yet when I email the response takes forever. Some things that I bought are okay but with customer service like this I can't rely on them so I will no longer be buying from this company.
