Phone not sent after one month of purchase!!!
I bought a phone on the 24th Jan. The phone was resent back 4 times!!! due to invoice error. Now they told me that they are going to send it DHL but tracking number but was never received. Sent my emails to customer care but no reply. I m tired! After one month and the phone still not sent yet!!! Update, they sent me a tracking number that it s not good!! Was told that cannot be sent by DHL or fedex. Worst Purchasing experience in my Life. Finally got FulL refund!! thanks God
