On the phone trying to cancel my sister’s membership; I’m frustrated and yelling on the phone due to their ridiculousness of just canceling the membership. She told me I have to send back the free peppermint oil that you get when you renew. Told her I’m cancelling the membership why would you send me the free peppermint oil then tell me I have to send it back? Still on the phone on hold last 15 minutes. She hung up on me after a long hold. I knew that was her tactic! Really fast to sign me up but takes forever and complications to cancel. I am going to cancel my membership as well. Greedy company!
