This company touts a stellar customer service response, but in reality their customer service is nonexistent. I have been trying to get get a question replied to for over a week . I have tried to contact them through their email address, Facebook, Twitter many times . I have even called a couple of numbers with no luck . One of the numbers was to a Magic Jack that is a very old device that I didn't even think they produced anymore, but I left messages at both numbers many times, again with no response. It appears they are just for the money, and the consumer be dammed !!!!!
