I ordered a tool for my table saw a block push rod with postage it cost me around £34 when the courier arrived i was at work he didn't ask any of my neighbours or attempt to find a safe space to put it or even drive around the corner to the post office which is about a 2 minute walk from me no he took it back and sent it back to you I then asked for my money to be returned and you sent me the cost of the item which was £27 and if I wanted it delivered again I was going to have to the postage again I had bought items from you before it was just lucky I was at home so I now don't shop with you anymore
