Failed to restore WhatsApp
Update: I am changing this to a 3. Support team tried to assist but still failed to transfer WhatsApp data. It took a lot of my own research (watching too many YouTube videos, reading articles, consulting tech personnel from both Mac&Android stores in KL) before I found a step-by-step guide that worked (I’m not allowed to attach a link to this review). Finally managed to transfer data but there’s nothing easy about this whole process esp if you’re not tech savvy like I am. The guide by MobileTrans is not thorough enough. And the whole experience after paying $30 (RM120 which is enough for a few day’s meals in my country) will not allow me to rate this product any higher. __________________ I paid the fee to transfer WhatsApp from Android to iPhone. Tried a few times (where on PC it says all 100% restored) but not on WhatsApp. WhatsApp no longer works on Android and can't progress WhatsApp on iPhone unless I select Skip Restore". What do I do now?
