BUYERS BEWARE – VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE I strongly recommend that buyers use extreme caution when purchasing from this Alibaba vendor, James Bond. I placed an order on May 21, 2026, for approximately $1,000 worth of shoe-shaped power banks. As of August 17, 2026, I still have not received my merchandise. According to the tracking information provided, the shipment is still showing in California. I initially filed a dispute with Alibaba because I had not received my order. I was told they were working with the vendor regarding a full refund, but my dispute was ultimately closed without the issue being resolved to my satisfaction. I then filed a complaint with my credit card company and received a full refund. Now, the vendor is disputing that complaint/refund even though I still have not received the merchandise I paid for. This has been an extremely frustrating experience. I placed a substantial order in good faith and waited nearly three months without receiving the products. Based on my personal experience, I would NOT purchase from this vendor again, and I encourage other buyers to be extremely cautious when making large purchases through Alibaba. Keep copies of your tracking information, conversations, payment records, and dispute documentation. I paid approximately $1,000. I never received my merchandise. I had to fight for my refund. That is enough for me not to do business with this vendor again.
